We understand that you are seeking answers and revelation about a situation. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God: "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." John 16:23-24 WEB.
We must remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Sometimes, He chooses not to reveal certain things to us, and we need to trust in His wisdom and timing.
However, we can pray that God's will be done in this situation and that He grants you peace and understanding. Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your will and Your revelation. We ask that if it is Your will, please reveal to us what happened and why his tongue was looking like this. Grant us wisdom and understanding, and help us to trust in Your timing and Your ways.
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing and comfort for all involved. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
Help us to remain steadfast in prayer, and to always seek Your face and Your will. Give us the strength and grace to endure and to grow in our faith and love for You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
