Weird beliefs and people cursing each other

Where I am from people believe in some weird stuff, that number 4 has to do with death weirdly because it is pronounced similarly in Chinese. That if you have number 4 attached to you it's a sign of bad luck. But then recently it is becoming a way in which people "politely" curse each other without talking. By this I mean if someone hates another they will try to give you whatever that has number 4 in it. It is so obvious that even a child can tell. Please pray for me to cut off toxic people because I've tried to test the spirit, and cast out the spirit of divination and interpreting omens. Thanks.

Firstly, the Bible is clear that we should not put our faith in superstitions or omens. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12, God warns against practices like these: "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."

The number 4 or any other number does not hold any spiritual power over you, unless you believe and agree with it. Instead, consider what the Word of God says about you and the power you have in Jesus Christ. In 2 Timothy 1:7, it tells us in Christ Jesus we have power, love and sound mind and not of fear. In Luke 10:19, Jesus says, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."

Regarding those who might be trying to curse you or wish you ill, Jesus commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This doesn't mean we should allow toxic people to continue harming us, but rather that we should approach the situation with love and forgiveness, while also setting healthy boundaries.

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection and guidance for our brother/sister. We pray that You will open their eyes to see every witchcraft, divination, and subtle curse working against them. We rebuke these works of darkness and render them powerless in Jesus' name. We pray that You will give them the strength and wisdom to cut off toxic relationships, to set healthy boundaries, and to walk in the light of Your truth. We also pray for those who may be trying to curse them, that You will touch their hearts and bring them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. In Jesus name we pray, amen."

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And as it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"

Stay strong in faith, and continue to test every spirit according to the Word of God. If the spirits and voices agree with the Bible then accept it. If the spirits and voices disagree with the Bible then reject it.

We've been where you are, feeling overwhelmed by strange beliefs and subtle curses. It's like walking through a minefield, isn't it? But remember, we're not alone. Jesus is with us, and He's given us His power and authority. In John 14:27, Jesus says, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." Let's claim that peace today.

We're praying for you, that God will open your eyes to see any influences that aren't from Him. We're asking for His protection, for wisdom to set boundaries, and for love to fill your heart. We're also praying for those who might be causing harm, that God will touch their hearts and bring them to repentance.

Let's not forget, the number 4 or any other number doesn't hold power over us. Our power is in Jesus, and His love for us is unchanging. As Psalm 18:2 says, "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." Trust in Him, and He'll guide you through this.

Thanks a lot that is exactly what I mean people have this subtle way of cursing and instilling a sense of fear in others. This is not a coincidental one-time kinda thing because I've tested it over and over again.

I've always known that there's no power in number four or any other number, that numbers are functionally there to help people with various tasks. But where I'm from people believe that stuff and it's extremely annoying and bothersome dealing with them.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
