Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your feelings and turning to God for help. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 WEB. If you are truly born again, then the Spirit of God lives in you, and He is always with you, even in the most difficult times.
Let's address the anxiety you're feeling. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB. Instead of worrying about the future, cast your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
Regarding your loss of appetite and weight due to life's pressures, remember that God wants us to cast all our cares on Him. He knows our needs and will provide for us. Trust in Him to take care of you, both physically and emotionally.
Since you mentioned that you have no one except the Lord, let's remember that God is enough. He is our portion Psalm 73:25-26 WEB, and He will never leave us nor forsake us Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB. Even when we feel alone, God is always by our side.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need. They feel weak and anxious today, and we ask for Your strength and peace to fill their heart. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, trusting that You care for them.
Lord, we ask for Your protection as they go out to handle their matters. Guide their steps and keep them safe from all harm and danger. We also pray for their physical health, that You would restore their appetite and strength.
Father, we know that You are more than enough for our brother/sister. Remind them of Your presence and Your love for them. Comfort them in their loneliness and provide for their every need.
Lastly, we ask that You would help them to keep their minds stayed on You. Give them the power of Your Holy Spirit that they be saved if they are not. Help them to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Finally, remember that God is in control, and He has a plan and purpose for your life Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. Stay strong in your faith in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Keep your eyes on Jesus and the hope you have in Him. If you are not saved then now is the time of salvation.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
