We are in the middle of buying a home. We are at conditional mortgage approval, and the appraisal came back at a lower number than we offered. We don’t have the money to meet the difference, but, please agree with me, that I will get the most favorable Loan unconditional approval and that the seller will agree to selling at the appraised price. We have invested already quite a large amount of money and we don’t want to loose it. My closing date is April 5, 2021 and we need the loan and the seller agreement to pull through in our interest and behalf. Thank you for praying for me. God richly bless you all!

praise report!! I was told the seller agreed to the appraisal price..yay! And the lender is working on the corrected numbers. Stay with me until we get the house, I am not letting my hands down yet. Thank you for your prayers!!
