Wasps getting in through airbrick (first floor ...)

Thread Cover Image
Dear all, the Lord has been most gracious overnight after an exceedingly difficult week. I got in touch with the Management Company this morning having had no response from my emails regarding the wasps nest. The lady was most helpful and will contact their own Pest Control company today to come next week to treat it and try and install a permanent solution so they don't come back. I am feeling a lot less stressed now. Praise the Lord.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

PRAISE REPORT. It's Friday today. The Pest Control guy came, showed me the nest which was indeed within my kitchen behind the washing-machine, and treated it. It should be ok to enter the kitchen in a while and open my windows at least by tomorrow. Hopefully they won't need a second treatment but he advised to call if they are still buzzing around. Apparently, when the Queen eventually leaves, a dead nest acts as a (free) deterrent against any other wasps colonizing in the same place, so I don't need to call Maintenance to block the hole from the inside (and incur further charges). I'll keep an eye on it over the next week or so, but hopefully the problem has been permanently resolved. Thank you Lord.
