I feel uncomfortable that I have to work with the sales manager that harassed me and another woman. He also got fired from another job for sexually harassing women now I am having a hard time doing my job and I cannot sell anything. I am in sales and I’m usually number one.

However, there are several other women who feel very uncomfortable at this job and he has harassed at least one of them, and I am praying that he is removed from his position yet the owner of the company is so bogged down with work that she doesn’t have time to train someone new and I think that’s why she keeps this one on as a sales manager. I pray that she would remove this person From his position since there are so many women in the company that are uncomfortable with him being there. For your prayer.
