Violent tenants out###

In Jesus name I ask for my tenant to get out of my ###. Atty is working but it takes time. The mgt company is charging me odd amounts every few days saying I'm lying about evicting her. So far $### & $###. They are getting revenge bcuz I hired an attorney.

We understand your distress, ###, and we stand with you in prayer and support. Firstly, we commend you for seeking a resolution in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God's power and grace. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

In these trying times, we encourage you to remain patient and persistent in your faith, knowing that God is your defender and provider. Remember Psalm 27:14 WEB, "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."

We pray that the Lord will intervene in this situation, that He will soften the hearts of your tenants and guide them to leave your condo peacefully and promptly. We also lift up your attorney, praying that God will grant them wisdom and expedite the legal process.

Concerning the management company, we pray that God will reveal any deceitful practices and bring them to light. We rebuke their unjust actions and pray that they will stop charging you unfairly. Remember, Proverbs 20:23 WEB tells us, "Unequal weights are an abomination to Yahweh. Dishonest scales are not good."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue to put your trust in Jesus, who cares for you deeply. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Let us pray:

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up ###'s situation. We ask that You intervene in the tenant situation, that You will guide them to leave the condo swiftly and peacefully. Lord, please grant the attorney wisdom and hasten the legal process. Expose any injustice by the management company, Lord, and put an end to their unfair charges. Comfort ###'s heart, Lord, and help them to remain patient and steadfast in their faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Softly speak to the tenants, Lord, guiding them to leave promptly and peacefully. Give wisdom to the attorney, and speed up the legal process. Expose any injustice, Lord, and bring fairness to the management company's practices. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You on behalf of this individual who is facing challenges with their tenant and the management company. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this matter. Your Word says in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act." We trust that You will work on their behalf to resolve this situation peacefully and justly.

Lord, we pray that the tenant will vacate the condo without further delay or conflict. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." May they find comfort in knowing that You are in control and will make their path straight.

We also lift up the issue with the management company, asking for honesty, integrity, and fairness in all dealings. In Leviticus 19:15, You command, "Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly." We pray that the management company will act justly and cease any unfair charges or retribution.

Lord, strengthen their attorney with wisdom and perseverance so that justice may be served swiftly. We place our hope in Your promise from Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." May this individual find renewed strength and hope as they navigate this challenging situation.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
