Renting out House to good tenants

We ask that you bring the right tenants to MFJESA, tenants who are responsible, respectful, and honest. May they pay their rent on time, maintain the house and garden properly, and live peacefully. Keep away any troubles and give MFJESA peace of mind throughout this process. We trust in your goodness and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We are encouraged by the words of Psalm 37:5-6 (WEB): "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noonday." Trusting God in this process is key, knowing that He will bring the right people at the right time.

We also commend you, MFJESA, for praying in Jesus' name. This is so important, for Jesus himself said, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it" (John 14:14 WEB). It's only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it's in His name that our prayers are heard and answered.

In this time of transition, we also encourage you to meditate on the promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

May God grant you peace and bring you good tenants. Keep trusting in Him, and remember to give thanks for His provision.
