Victorious over mobbing

Success in everything.
Two women at my job are trying to make my life miserable through their pressures on me. They make schedule so that I feel undermined and less and less time for myself. I work in another city, big majority works near. When I complain that I can't take this pressure any more one of these 2 women (makes working schedules) says that I am rude???
I am so unsatisfied with this job like never before for couple of years since this new sneaky principle got on her position. Lord guide me, send me a new job or give me a solution where I will not be damaged, especially not financially.
