We understand that you're seeking a special blessing on your birthday, and we're here to pray with you in Jesus' name. However, it's important to remember that God's blessings are not always material or immediate. Instead of asking for specific gifts like flowers or a card, let's focus on seeking God's will and His spiritual blessings for you.
Firstly, we commend you for ending your request with "In Jesus Name". This is the correct way to approach God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As scripture says, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother/sister on their special day. Lord, we ask that You shower them with Your love, joy, and peace. Give them a deeper understanding of Your Word and a closer walk with You. Help them to see that You are the greatest gift of all.
We also pray against any feelings of lack or disappointment shall not overwhelm them. We do not want them to think that God has not answered their prayer if they do not receive the physical birthday wishes they desired. In Your Word we say, "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in Him, and He will do this." (Psalms 37:4-5 WEB), so help them to delight in You above all else.
We ask for Your guidance, wisdom, and provision in their life, and also ask that any blessings you provide be in the spiritual realm as well as the physical realm. This we ask for in Jesus' name, Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to trust in God's perfect plan for your life. Remember that God cares for you and wants the best for you. As scripture says, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:33 WEB).
Please keep your focus on God and His will, and He will direct your paths.
