I just said a prayer for you and your husband, asking the Lord to work in your circumstances and bring healing and restoration to your marriage according to His perfect will. I’m praying for your daughter too at this time. May God comfort and strengthen you as you lean on Him day by day. Given what you shared, should you need a listening ear, Focus on the Family has free licensed counselors that you can call at 1-800-A-FAMILY. A friend of mine found them very caring and understanding. You may also want to check out this link for some helpful resources. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).

Thank you so much!! You’re response has been so encouraging, especially as I’m about to try and sleep. There is such a comfort in knowing God is working, through prayer from people I haven’t even met. God’s children are amazing. I’m at a loss for so much happening right now, but am also in awe of the greatness of God and the power of prayer. Thank you!!

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
