We join you in praying for your workplace, asking God to draw in an abundance of kind people who will not only bring business but also provide opportunities for His light to shine through you. We pray that God will use you and your colleagues as beacons of His love and grace, ultimately glorifying Him in all that you do. Remember, as Colossians 3:23-24 WEB states, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
We also lift up your need for new hires. We trust that God, in His perfect timing, will bring the right people to your team, individuals who will not only be a great fit but also bring blessings and contribute to a positive work environment. We remember Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We are burdened to pray for your work family, that each one of them would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior if they have not already. We pray that God will pour out His blessings upon them according to His perfect will. As Romans 10:9-10 WEB says if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
We ask God to provide more opportunities for you to plant and water seeds in the harvest, to encourage others, and to glorify Him in all that you do. We are reminded of Galatians 6:9 WEB, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."
We are grateful for your heart to see others come to Christ and glorify God in your workplace. We join you in this mission, praying that God will use you mightily for His kingdom. Keep pressing on, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. As 1 Corinthians 15:58 WEB says "Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord."
