Clear breathing canals, clear diggestive canals.
No irritation or slime in my nose or breathing ways. No need to caugh out.

Clear eyesight. No blury vision.
Bloating. Dry mouth and simuses. Dry throat. Not able to breathe properly. Bloating. Feeling like i have a stone in my stomach. One sinuse clogged.
Pain in my neck/back/shoulder area. Not able to stretch my neck properly.
Very noisy neighbour walking up and down through the appartement for 2...
