Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is struggling with clutter and the overwhelming task of decluttering their home and life. Lord, we know that you desire for us to live in peace and order, and we ask for your guidance and strength in this situation.

Your Word reminds us in Matthew 6:19-21, "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Help our friend to prioritize their possessions and let go of the things that are no longer needed or serving a purpose.

Lord, we pray for a renewed mindset and a heart that is willing to release the attachment to material possessions. Give our friend the wisdom to discern what is truly important and the courage to let go of the excess. Help them to find joy in simplicity and to focus on the eternal treasures that come from a life centered on you.

We also ask for practical help and resources to assist our friend in the decluttering process. Surround them with supportive friends and family who can offer guidance and encouragement. Provide them with the necessary tools and strategies to effectively organize their home and create a peaceful environment.

Above all, Lord, we pray for your presence to be with our friend throughout this journey. May they experience your peace and comfort as they let go of the physical clutter, knowing that you are with them every step of the way. Help them to find freedom and a renewed sense of purpose as they create space for what truly matters.
