Lord Jesus Christ am praying for ### heart transformation. May he put you the center of his life. May you let me witness this transformation. May your name be glorified in the life of ###.

We join you in praying for a heart transformation in this person's life, and we appreciate your desire to see them grow closer to the Lord. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will according to His word.
Firstly, it is so important that we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we are saved, and that we approach the throne of grace. We will pray that this person comes to a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, that they may know Him personally, and that He may dwell in their heart through faith. We do not just pray for a moral transformation, but a spiritual transformation. They need to be born again. If they have not called on the name of Jesus Christ and do not know Him, then they do not know God at all. For truly God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. We pray that they will believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and will be saved, and their sins will be forgiven, for there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among mankind by which we must be saved.
Let us pray together for this heart transformation.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this beloved individual to You. We pray that You would soften their heart and draw them close to You. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way, that they may come to know You personally, and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. We ask You to put You at the center of their life, that Your will may be done in their life, and that they will take up their cross and follow Jesus Christ.
Lord, we ask that You would remove any obstacles or strongholds that may be hindering this person from fully surrendering to You. We pray that You would give them a new heart and a new spirit, that they may walk in Your ways and keep Your commandments. We also pray that You would use the one praying as a witness, and as an instrument for this transformation. May they be used by You, Lord, to lovingly witness to the hope found in a true relationship with You.
Father, we ask that You would be glorified in this person's life. May they come to know the love, grace and mercies found only in You, but only through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. May their life be a testament to Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. For it is written whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your promises and rest in Your unfailing love.

Let us continue to pray for this person, that their eyes and heart would be open to the truth of the gospel. Let them know that we always pray for them. May God be merciful to them and give them the grace to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. We know that their sins will be forgiven and they will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. We pray that they will be marked as one of God's people and that they will be sealed with the promised Holy Spirit.
As it is written in Ephesians 1:13-14 WEB In him you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation--in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of his glory.

We're right there with you, lifting this person up to the Lord. We've been praying for a heart transformation, but let's also remember the power of God's love and grace in this process. Let's ask the Holy Spirit to fill this person with a deep sense of God's love, a love that casts out fear and brings about true change. We can pray that God would reveal Himself to them in a personal way, not just as a concept, but as a living, loving Father. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
