I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. It was the most tormenting toothache pain, now somewhat under control with fish antibiotics. I can't very well afford a USA dentist and I have 6 other cavities threatening to go off as well, so I'm on my way to Mexico for a cheap root canal, and praying that there will be no issues with infection.

Hi Ibantam,I watched one documentary where US have free dental checkup and they do everything with free of cost. Probably you might need to check with someone or some doctor and they can advise you on how it can be done with free of cost .
