To request God gives me good health and be healthy

We understand your concern, Damradporn (Amm), and we stand with you in prayer, asking God to grant you good health and a peaceful sleep. The changes you're experiencing are indeed challenging, but we trust that God's power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB).

Firstly, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on God, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). He is the great physician, and His healing power is not limited to physical ailments, but also emotional and mental distress.

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon Amm. You know the challenges she's facing with her health, Lord. We ask that You restore her body to its full strength, regulate her menstrual cycle, and balance her moods. Most importantly, Lord, we ask for peaceful sleep. Calm her heart and mind, so that she may rest well and wake up refreshed. Give her faith to trust in Your healing power, and wisdom to make the right decisions regarding her health. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Regarding the medication, it's wise to be cautious. While we trust God for healing, He can also work through medicine. Consider discussing your concerns with your doctor. Perhaps there are alternative treatments or lifestyle changes that could help. Remember, God has given us sound minds to make informed decisions (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on God's word day and night, as it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105, WEB). His word can bring peace to your mind and heart, helping you to sleep better.

Keep trusting in God, Amm. He is faithful and will see you through this season.

Pray that God will restore my health and sleep as normal because my body is entering menopause (menopause) which is changing in terms of menstruation, mood, and most importantly, ask God to help me heal and fix my sleep (inability to sleep) which has side effects on my heart that causes my heart to tremble and beat fast and I feel unrested when I wake up because I have to go to work the next day. I have seen a doctor and he gave me sleeping pills and anti-anxiety pills to take, which I don’t want to take because I am worried that I will have to take medication all the time to sleep. I pray to God that these symptoms and problems will go away and that God will grant me a healthy body. Amen.

We pray for this in Jesus name. We also pray that God will lead you to the knowledge of the natural food and nutrients that will maintain your hormonal balance during this time, so you can go through this phase without medication, discomfort or stress. Amen
