To request God gives me good health and be healthy

Pray that God will restore my health and sleep as normal because my body is entering menopause (menopause) which is changing in terms of menstruation, mood, and most importantly, ask God to help me heal and fix my sleep (inability to sleep) which has side effects on my heart that causes my heart to tremble and beat fast and I feel unrested when I wake up because I have to go to work the next day. I have seen a doctor and he gave me sleeping pills and anti-anxiety pills to take, which I don’t want to take because I am worried that I will have to take medication all the time to sleep. I pray to God that these symptoms and problems will go away and that God will grant me a healthy body. Amen.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Regarding the medication, it's wise to be cautious. While we trust God for healing, He can also work through medicine. Consider discussing your concerns with your doctor. Perhaps there are alternative treatments or lifestyle changes that could help. Remember, God has given us sound minds to make informed decisions (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on God's word day and night, as it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105, WEB). His word can bring peace to your mind and heart, helping you to sleep better.

Keep trusting in God, ###. He is faithful and will see you through this season.
