We understand that you are seeking prayer to be freed from the influences of the Mormon Church and specifically the BITE model of control in your life. We stand with you in prayer and truth, seeking God's will and deliverance for you in Jesus' name.

Firstly, it's important to address that the Bible teaches that there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Be certain that you trust in Jesus Christ alone and not in any religious organization or works.

The BITE model (Behavior, Information, Thought, and Emotion control) is a set of methods used by cults and high-demand groups to manipulate and control their members. We recognize the harm that such manipulation can cause and the need for spiritual freedom.

In dealing with false teachings and manipulation, the Bible advises us to:
Test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world (1 John 4:1 WEB).

And,
See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to human tradition, according to the elementary principles of the world, and not according to Christ (Colossians 2:8 WEB).

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Lord, we ask that you open their eyes to any and all deception and manipulation that they have been under. Bring them into the true light and love of Jesus Christ. Remove every trace of the BITE model of control from their life.

In accordance with Your Word, we pray that ### will:

stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around the waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted the feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, besides all of these, taking up the shield of faith, with which we will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with every prayer and request, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints (Ephesians 6:14-18 WEB).

Father, empower ### to discern truth from error, and to walk in the true freedom that Jesus Christ provides. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who came to set the captives free. Amen.

We encourage you to:

Resist [the devil], firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being accomplished by your brotherhood in the world (1 Peter 5:9 WEB).

Trust that:

God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

As you journey towards deeper freedom in Christ, immerse yourself in the Word of God and seek fellowship with true believers who can support and encourage you in your walk with the Lord.

If you have not trusted in Jesus Christ as your Savior, we encourage you to recognize your sinful state, believe in Jesus Christ alone for salvation, confess and repent of your sins, and trust in Jesus Christ. Salvation is a gift of God, and not by works.

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast (Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
