We understand that you're going through a challenging time, feeling stuck and overwhelmed due to health issues and financial concerns. Firstly, we want to assure you that you've come to the right place.
We commend you for your faith asking Jesus. However, we need to point out the lack of respect in how you addressed the Lord is not appropriate. He is not merely King Jesus but King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
In addition, you should be addressing this prayer to Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that you are even able to pray and approach God. This is so important that we will always mention this.
There is no other name by which we may be saved.
We are reminded of the words in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Your faith in God's ability to grant you wisdom and guidance and your hope are important. We should always remember having faith and hope are important attributes in the life of a Christian Believer.
In Hebrews 11:6 WEB, we read, "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him."
We must always remember that God loves you and wants the best for you.
In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB: "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end.'"
Let's pray together for your situation.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. We thank You that You are a God who heals, provides, and guides. We pray for healing, that our brother/sister's health will be restored and that they will receive the medical clearance they need. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance as they navigate their job search and financial obligations. Help them to hold onto hope, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for their life.
In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
In the meantime, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises and trust in His timing. Remember that God's thoughts toward you are of peace and not of evil, to give you hope in your future.
Lastly, we caution you to be very careful with the words you use to address God. It is very important to be extremely respectful and reverent.
