Threat from purchaser

The person who purchased my house when my ex-wife still had possession has been threatening me since she filed a partition case on me, making him a part. I, being a poor person, can't afford one lawyer; he clearly knows this but is playing a double game. For very little money, he wants to own that house instead of making a proper financial settlement on both sides. He took the cheque also in February 2022, saying he would engage a lawyer on my side. Now he refuses, saying the cheque amount shall be given after a compromise and evacuation of herself from that house. He has also gone to my dad's house, trying to put pressure on him too, which my dad clearly refused. I filed a complaint at the local police station, but he has no fear, saying that if the partition case favors her and she brings a court order in her favor, then none of us will be alive. Lord, please help me and protect me from such a person. Also, praying for my health, wealth, child's health, dad's health, let that person fall into his own deceitful ways. I pray under Jesus' name.
