St Anthony had NOTHING to do with your prayers being answered , it was Jesus , He alone was the ONLY one who died on the cross for your sins , Anthony was nothing more than a human being and has NO power .

It is true that Jesus suffered and was crucified and died a terrible death for OUR sins, however, you're clueless when it comes to the power of the countless "intercessory" prayers to St. Anthony of Padua! I urge you to read about his life and devotion to the child Jesus and his love for Mary. He is a Saint in the Catholic faith, a doctor of the Church and during his life he devoted himself to helping the poor and marginalized while working tirelessly to convert non-believers, naysayers and spread the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
