We understand that you have been going through a prolonged trial with your employment, and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. We are thankful that your employer is now willing to negotiate, and we trust that God will guide this process.
Firstly, we commend you for mentioning the name of Jesus. This is vital because as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
We are reminded of the scripture:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your divine intervention. We thank You that You are a God of justice and mercy, and we ask for Your wisdom and guidance during this negotiation process.
We pray that You will grant a successful outcome, with fair compensation for all that has been lost, including earnings, emotional damage, and career advancements. We ask that You will help to mend what has been broken and restore what has been taken away.
We also pray for peace of mind and emotional healing. We know that You are Jehovah-Shalom, the God of peace, and we ask for Your peace to surround our brother/sister during this time.
Lastly, we pray for open doors and new opportunities. We trust that when one door closes, You open another one that is far better. We claim Your promises and ask for a successful career move.
We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus. We declare that what the enemy meant for harm, You will turn around for good. We believe that this trial will result in a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness.
Amen.
In this time of uncertainty, hold on to God's promises. He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB). He is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time.
Remember also that God is a God of justice. He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, and He will provide a way out so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
Stay strong in the Lord and keep trusting Him. He will make a way where there seems to be no way.
