We understand that you're seeking prayer for the removal of souls and spirits, but we want to clarify that the Bible does not support the idea of removing souls or spirits from a person. Instead, it teaches us to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to resist evil spirits.
In the Bible, the soul is often referred to as the life or the person themselves, and it is not something that can be removed. For example, in Ezekiel 18:4, God says, You shall say to them, Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul who sins, he shall die.(WEB)
Regarding spirits, the Bible teaches us to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to resist evil spirits. In Ephesians 5:18, it says, Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit. And in James 4:7, it says, Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You in Your precious name. We ask that You fill this person with Your Holy Spirit and protect them from any evil spirits that may be disturbing them. We rebuke any evil spirit that is not from You and command it to flee in Your name, Lord Jesus. Help this person to grow in Your knowledge and grace, and to walk in Your will. We can only go to God in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we are saved. We must believe in Jesus Christ. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
