i just got an urgent emergency call from a lady who i was volunteer counseling
6 or 7 years now at the other world-wide prayer site

she lives out in Pennsylvania....

and she just got served with an eviction notice today
she had a panic attack so she called me right away

we prayed...together...please lift her up before The Lord for an immediate
emergency miracle for her and her tiny little doggie.....for affordable housing
and assistance from legal aid and agencies that can help and intervene for her...

i will also be making several phone calls on her behalf as well...next week...
there is nothing impossible for our God....!

this is either an open door or a closed door

the way it currently is......

any real estate agent would have told him
you need to fix it up first.....LIKE BIG TIME....and then we can list it
and that is an absolute fact...
AT LEAST HERE IN NEW YORK IT SURE IS !.....

and i still have not told him that i am with a rent subsidy
and they do safety building inspections
and as it is now it will not pass an inspection soo easily either....
if it would pass at all.....and i also doubt that...which is soo not good....

i can help this landlord with all of this
the question is this
can he be trusted ?
OR...........is he a slumlord ?....
