We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your mother and the challenges you are facing with your employment situation. First, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most difficult times. He promises in Psalm 34:18, WEB: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
In times of need, it is essential to turn to God and trust in His provision. We are called to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6, WEB). It is important to know that this is only possible through the name of Jesus, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
As you seek new employment opportunities, remember that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. He has gifted you with the talent of teaching, and He will open the right doors for you to use that gift for His glory.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of employment. We thank You for the precious gift of their mother and the time they had to care for her. We pray that You will comfort their heart and fill the void left by her passing.
Lord, we ask that You will open up a job opportunity with the school board or bless their efforts to establish a tutoring business. We know that You are the provider of all good things, and we trust in Your perfect will for their life.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
As you wait for God's provision, consider the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB): "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Continue to seek God's will and trust in His timing. He is faithful, and He will provide.
