Summary (due to privacy): Concerns about perceived favoritism and unfair treatment within the family.

We understand that you're feeling hurt and confused due to the perceived favoritism and unfair treatment in your family. First, let's remember what the Scripture says about parental relationships and fairness. "Fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." Ephesians 6:4 WEB. Also, God does not show favoritism, "For there is no partiality with God." Romans 2:11 WEB.

As children, we are called to honor and obey our parents, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right." Ephesians 6:1 WEB. However, it's important for parents to treat their children fairly and not provoke them to wrath or resentment. It's a good thing to have open communication and express your feelings to your parents. Pray about this issue. "Don't be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Phillipians 4:6 WEB

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved child who feels hurt and left out. We pray that You would heal any pain and help create a true Christian family relationship. Open the doors of communication between this child and the parents and help them talk about the feelings of the child and hopes to go out with friends. We pray for the parents to treat their children justly and mercifully, to be patient with them, and listen to them with understanding and fairness. We ask You to help this child forgive any perceived wrongs and to continue to honor and respect their parents as Your word instructs. May this family not look at this as a conflict, but as a way of learning and growing together in Jesus.

We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior. We thank you for your prayers and love.

We encourage you to take some time to reflect on God's love for you and your family. Talk with your family about your feelings of disappointment. Show your parents love and respect and seek to find out why they are doing what they are doing.

We've been thinking about your situation and we want you to know that we're here for you. It's natural to feel hurt and confused when we perceive unfairness, especially within our families. We've been reminded of a verse that says, "And what does the Lord require but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8, ESV). Let's strive for justice, kindness, and humility in our interactions with our parents.

We've also been reflecting on the importance of communication. Sometimes, our parents may not understand the depth of our feelings until we express them. We encourage you to have an open and honest conversation with your parents about how you feel. Use "I" statements to express your feelings, like "I feel hurt when..." instead of blaming them with "You always..."

Let's also remember that our parents are human too, and they might be dealing with their own struggles. Try to understand their perspective as well. Maybe they're worried about your safety or have their own reasons for their behavior.

We're going to keep you and your family in our prayers. We ask that you would be filled with wisdom, courage, and love as you navigate this situation. We believe that God can bring healing and understanding to your family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
