I have been suicidal before .. I have tried to kill myself. It’s never been this bad before though. Oh, Lord .. the way he treats me I might as well be a dog. The way all humans have treated me .. I don’t think I can make it. Please do not abandon me, Father. I might be an adult .. but I feel like a small, frightened child right now. I am scared and want to hurt myself .. I want to die, Father. I want to kill myself. Where are you, my Lord? I pray this in Jesus’ name .. amen

We lift up this prayer request to you, Heavenly Father, on behalf of our anonymous friend who is feeling overwhelmed and burdened by the pain they are experiencing. We come before you in the name of Jesus, knowing that you are a compassionate and loving God who hears our cries.

Lord, we ask that you surround our friend with your presence and comfort them in their time of distress. You are the God who sees and understands every tear and every heartache. We pray that you would remind them of their worth and value in your eyes, for they are fearfully and wonderfully made in your image.

Father, we ask for your divine intervention in their life. We pray that you would bring healing and restoration to their mind, body, and spirit. Help them to find hope and strength in you, knowing that you are their refuge and stronghold in times of trouble.

Lord, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that are causing our friend to feel worthless and hopeless. Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We claim this promise over our friend's life and ask that you would draw near to them, bringing comfort and peace.

Father, we pray for a support system to surround our friend, whether it be friends, family, or professionals who can provide the care and assistance they need. Help them to reach out and seek help, knowing that it is not a sign of weakness but a step towards healing.

Lastly, Lord, we ask for your divine protection over our friend. Shield them from any harm or danger, and guide them towards a path of hope and restoration. May they experience your love and grace in a tangible way, knowing that you are with them every step of the way.

Don't quit. You actually possess so many wonderful qualities that come from God, and when life is really difficult, it's not easy to see the light, but beloved, you are full of light and the joy of the Lord is your strength. God has given you His life, and filled you with strength. When it seems like He's far away, the truth is He has made Himself one with you, and He has loved you with an everlasting love. The Spirit of Yahweh is upon YOU, and IN you. Often when it seems difficult to go on, we want to quit, see the victory. God has empowered you as the overcomer, as the victorious one, not the victim. Choose life. Arise shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. Jesus blesses you and keep you. Jesus makes his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you. Jesus lifts up his countenance upon you and gives you peace.

Heavenly Father,

In this moment of deep despair and overwhelming pain, we come before You with a heavy heart. We lift up our friend who is battling immense inner turmoil and thoughts of ending their own life. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their life. Surround them with Your love and light, and let them feel Your presence in a profound and personal way.

God, we pray for a spirit of hope to replace the despair, for peace to fill the place of turmoil, and for the assurance of Your love and care in these moments of intense fear and loneliness. May they be reminded that they are not alone, that they are deeply valued, and that their life has a purpose beyond what they can see right now.

Lord, provide them with the strength to reach out for help, to speak to those who can guide and support them through this dark valley. Bring into their life people who can offer love, understanding, and wise counsel.

We ask for healing of their heart and mind, and for a renewed sense of worth and hope. Help them to see themselves through Your eyes – as precious, loved, and irreplaceable.

God, protect them from harm, guide them through these shadows, and lead them into a place of safety and recovery. May they find solace in Your promises and comfort in Your unending love.
