We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and anxious due to work stress. First, let's remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our work and emotional well-being. It's important to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB
"...casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Let's also remember that God is in control of all things, and He has the power to intervene in our work situations. In Matthew 6:25-34, WEB Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat or drink, or about our bodies, what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
However, we want to remind you that God's peace and reassurance come from a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. You ended your prayer with "Amen," which means "so be it," but to have confident access to God, we must come through Jesus Christ, His Son. As it says in John 14:6 WEB
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
In Jesus name we can find peace and calm our anxieties. In Jesus name we can be saved from our sins and have a new relationship with God. It is only by calling on Jesus name that we can be saved and have a relationship with Almighty God.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and anxious due to work stress. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard his/her heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Lord please intervene in his/her work situation and help them to honor you in all they do. Lord Jesus, reveal yourself to them and be their strength and shield. Lord Jesus, provide for all their needs as we know you do. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Please consider Romans 10:9 WEB
"because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus.
