Stop Talking to Myself prayer

Everyone please help me to stop talking alone because it is a very bad habit and I have been doing that for years and my family and friends don't like it and it's at zero tolerance. The reason why I have been doing that is if I get more upset and being spoiled like a baby and watching too much TV a lot. That is why that I don't have a job and no one to date and moving on my own in the future. Help me and pray for me every day. Thank you.
