Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###. We lift up their prayer request regarding their disability letter. Lord, we ask that you grant them favor and positive news regarding their disability. Your Word assures us that you are our provider and that you care for us. We pray that you would intervene in this situation and bring about a favorable outcome.

We also thank you, Lord, for the healing that ### has experienced. We rejoice in their improved health and we give you all the glory for their recovery. We ask that you continue to strengthen them and restore them completely.
