We are with you in spirit, Pumir, as you lift up CJ in prayer during this significant time of transition in her life. As she embarks on her college journey, let us approach God's throne of grace with confidence in Jesus' name.
We pray, dear Heavenly Father, that You would guide CJ as she begins this new chapter. Surround her with genuine friends who recognize and appreciate the unique beauty You have instilled in her. May she find friends who are kind, encouraging, and uplifting, as Proverbs 12:26 reminds us: "A righteous person is cautious in friendship, but the way of the wicked leads them astray."
Lord, we ask that You grant CJ a spirit of confidence and boldness, not of timidity or fear. As we read in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Help her to step out of her comfort zone, knowing that Your perfect love casts out all fear, and that she is precious in Your sight.
CJ, we encourage you to seek out like-minded believers on campus, those who will spur you on toward love and good deeds, as described in Hebrews 10:24-25. Look for opportunities to connect with fellow Christians, perhaps through campus ministries or Christian groups, so that you may grow together in faith and hold each other accountable.
Lastly, Pumir, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can be saved. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." Trust in Jesus Christ, and encourage CJ to do the same, so that she may experience the fullness of life that only He can offer.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
