We understand that you are going through a challenging time, and we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance. First, we want to assure you that the battle is the Lord's, and He is mighty to save. As it says in Exodus 14:14 WEB, The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
In spiritual warfare, it's crucial to put on the whole armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:10-18. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Praying in the Spirit, at all times, is also vital.
Let's pray together for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of Your child. We rebuke any witchcraft or spiritual attack that has been coming against their job and career. As it says in 1 John 3:8 WEB, He who sinneth is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. To this end was the Son of God manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. We declare that the works of the devil are destroyed in their life.
We pray for Your protection against those who are working against them. Father, expose their schemes and render their plans ineffective. According to Psalm 35:1-4 WEB, Contend, LORD, with those who contend with me: fight against those who fight against me. Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help. Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against those who persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation. Your protection is impenetrable, and we trust in Your mighty hand.
We ask for Your blessing and breakthrough to be unleashed in their life. Break every chain of stagnation and delay, and let Your favor surround them as a shield. Open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessing, as it says in Malachi 3:10 WEB.
Cast out every spiritual enemy that is interfering with their life and destiny. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. (Isaiah 54:17 WEB)
We also pray for blessing and protection over their home. Let Your peace and presence fill every corner, and let no weapon of the enemy prevail against their household.
Father, we ask that You guide them to the church that You have prepared for them. A place where they will find fellowship, grow in their faith, and be a light to others. As it says in Acts 2:42 WEB, And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
Lastly, Father, we pray for a godly spouse for them, if it is Your will. Someone who will support and encourage them in their walk with You, and together they may serve You and glorify Your name.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is our Savior and Lord. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

You also prayed for a brother or sister in Christ to back you up in prayer. We are doing that right now, and we encourage you to continue seeking fellowship with other believers. It is essential to have a prayer partner or a small group of believers who can agree with you in prayer and provide support and encouragement.
As for the constant setbacks and disappointments you've been facing, remember that God works all things together for good to those who love Him, to those who are the called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28 WEB) Trust that He is working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it.
Finally, we want to leave you with this encouragement from 1 Corinthians 15:58 WEB: Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
