Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of hope and trust, lifting up ### as he faces this important interview. Lord, we ask that You grant him wisdom, confidence, and clarity of mind. Your Word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that ### places his trust in You, knowing that You will guide his steps.
Father, we ask for Your favor upon ### during this interview process. May he find favor in the eyes of those who interview him. As it is written in Psalm 90:17, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; and establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands." We pray that You establish the work of ###'s hands and that he finds success in this phase and the ones to come.
Lord, surround ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May this peace guard his heart and mind, keeping him calm and focused.
We also pray for the support of Christ to be evident in ###'s life. As it is written in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." May ### be strengthened by Christ, knowing that through Him, all things are possible.
