We understand that you're feeling tired and exhausted, and we're here to lift you up in prayer. It's encouraging that you've come to us mentioning the name of Jesus, as the power to help us comes from Him. You're seeking to honor God as you travel. Thank you for acknowledging your need and reaching out for prayer.
Firstly, let's remember what the Scriptures tell us about strength and fatigue. The Bible says "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" Matthew 11:28-30 WEB. Jesus is always there to give us rest and strength, especially when we're feeling overwhelmed. Just as the Psalmist David had to find his strength in God, we must also do and go to Him. David famously had to take refuge with God and often spent time in the presence of God to gain his strength and find the encouragement to go on under many earthly burdens. "I love you, Yahweh, my strength. Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower. I call on Yahweh, who is worthy to be praised; and I am saved from my enemies" Psalms 18:1-3 WEB. Psalms 18:1-3.
Let's pray for your journey and for your strength to be renewed:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today and acknowledge our weakness when we do not rely on your power. We believe in the name of Jesus, who is our salvation and our strength. We stand with ### in prayer. Your Word tells us that You don't grow weary or tired of our requests! You know our need and will care for us. God renew ###'s strength during this time of exhaustion as only you can. They have asked for Your mighty strength and for You to protect them as they travel. We ask that You keep them safe and we pray your protection over the vehicle as it moves on the road. We pray that you renew ###'s strength so that they may reach safely with their co-travelers all of their destinations. When they are tired unbuffered by your strength, we are weak. We also ask that You provide them with the rest and that You renew their bodies during this time of need. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness for all your gifts. We are thankful that your promises come from the Word of the Living God. We further pray that you build up all of the people involved and teach them to better steadfastly rely on You. We pray for your inspiration and for your connection so that they through your power may experience you and your strength during this journey. We pray that they will be able to honor you as they are able. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
Remember, God is always faithful, ###. Even when we do not have the strength to be a whole person, He is strong for us. He is strong in our weakness and He will hold us up. It is important to come to God in our need and then believe in Him as we work our way forward. His strength is made strong in our weakness. May God make that a reality for you as you experience His nearness and strength. Also remember that the name of Jesus is the only way to God and you have done well to mention His name, again strong work in Jesus' Name. God will honor that faith and it is the way to abundant life according to the word of God. May the power of that blessing be apparent to you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
