Forgive me Lord God for I am about to sin it's been ### years me and my family been struggling I have ### kid's I'm a single father I've been trying to get help it seems like help is not coming it got to the point my kids had to go stay with my in-laws just until I get on my feet it's already been a year they been with them their mom is in prison for another year I'm sorry for losing faith getting weak at a time like this I need your strength God please help me and my kid's keep my kid's mom strong enough to make it home pray that I have the strength to continue fighting thank you

We are truly moved by your honesty and your cry for help. Firstly, it is important to address the fact that you mentioned you are about to sin. We want to encourage you to stand strong and resist temptation. Remember what the WEB version of Corinthians 10:13 says, No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. God will provide a way out, trust in Him.

We also notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Dear Lord Jesus,

I come to You, asking for forgiveness for my sins.

I confess that I have been weak and have lost faith,

but I know that You are faithful and just to forgive me

and cleanse me from all unrighteousness.

I trust in You, Lord, to be my strength and my

provider. I pray for my children and their mother,

that You would keep them strong and bring

us back together as a family.

Help and strength from a job to a place to live is needed.

We need You, Lord.
