We understand your feelings of loneliness and your desire for marriage and a family. We are here to pray with you and encourage you in Jesus' name. Remember, God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, and He cares about every detail of our lives.
First, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved sister who feels alone and desires a godly marriage and family. We ask, Lord, that You comfort her heart and remind her of Your unfailing love and presence.
Father, we pray for a godly spouse who will see, accept, appreciate, and help her feel safe, valued, heard, and loved consistently. We ask that You reveal 'the one' You have prepared for her, and that You cause them to meet and talk this month, in Your perfect timing.
We also pray that she will trust in You with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding. We ask that You direct her paths and that she delights herself in You, so that You can give her the desires of her heart. Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this Psalm 37:4-5 WEB
Father, help her to focus on Your love and to live in Your purpose as she waits. We ask that You prepare both her and her future spouse for a godly, loving marriage that honors You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to trust in God's timing and to seek Him first. Remember, God desires a personal relationship with each of us, and He wants us to find our completion in Him. As it says in Psalm 147:3 WEB, He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds.
Also, remember that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and that He wants us to pursue purity and holiness in all our relationships.
Be encouraged by these words from the Psalms:
Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday. Psalm 37:4-6 WEB
We are here with you in prayer, trusting that God will move mightily in your life.
