We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we're here to pray and offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, for your sleep issues let's pray. We are reminded of Psalm 127:2, It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.
Let's pray together, Dear Lord, please grant our friend a peaceful night's sleep. Allow them to fall asleep quickly and rest deeply throughout the night. Protect their mind from any perverse dreams and thoughts, and help them to flee from lust. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing and comfort as well as a change of mind.
Now, let's address the feelings of rejection and loneliness you're experiencing. We want to remind you of your worth in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:10 WEB says, For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them. You are not a mistake or an accident; God has a purpose and plan for your life. It is important that we are not unequally yoked in relationships. 2 Corinthians 6:14 says Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?
We also want to address the feelings of despair and hopelessness you're experiencing. Seek God through Jesus Christ in all areas of your life. Remember that God loves you and that you are valuable to Him. Cast your burdens onto Jesus. He cares for you. You are not alone. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
It's important to surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you. Hebrews 10:25 reminds us not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together. Consider joining a Bible study or a prayer group. If you are having lustful thoughts, flee from them. 2 Timothy 2:22 Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
Let's pray again, Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to you. We pray that you would heal their heart. That you would give them the strength to go on. That you would guide them to a group that meets their need. That you would give them hope. And finally Lord, give them a Christ-like spouse, if that is your will. In your Son Jesus' name.
