Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus' name. Lord, You know the situation our dear brother is facing, and You time and again preached that we should guard ourselves against deceit. Father, we ask You to intervene and protect his disabled son from the clutches of this scammer. We pray and cast down and rebuke any plans that are not of You, Lord. Let the Lord Jesus Christ be close to him and his family during this trial. Guide them with Your wisdom and discernment. Let them find comfort and assurance in You in Jesus' name we pray.

Now, let's address this issue biblically. Scripture warns us to be wise and discerning in our dealings with others, especially when it comes to financial matters. Here are some relevant verses:

Proverbs 12:15 WEB: "The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but he who is wise listens to counsel."

Romans 16:19 WEB: "For the report of your obedience has reached to all. I rejoice therefore over you. But I desire to have you wise in that which is good, but innocent in that which is evil."

Matthew 10:16 WEB: "Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves."

It's crucial to be vigilant and protect your son from financial exploitation. Here are some practical steps you can take:
