I have been at my job for ### months, ### months ago we hired a manager who has targeted two people. Myself and someone else. The other person is already on a performance improvement plan and close to losing their job. I feel like I am next on her list. She has been spreading her narrative to get me out, I feel helpless. Please pray that I do not lose this job, I need it for me and my son. Pray that she cannot prosper as a weapon who has formed against me, because she is prospering now. Thank you

Coelpior, we understand your concern and are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. We are reminded in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in difficult situations, God can bring about good.

Firstly, it's important to remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in our job or our abilities. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We must also remember that God is our defender and protector. Psalm 18:2-3 says, "Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower."

Regarding your manager, it's important to pray for her as well. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." Instead of praying against her prosperity, pray that God will soften her heart and that she will treat you fairly. Remember, God can turn the hearts of kings, and He can certainly change the heart of your manager.

However, we also acknowledge that you are feeling targeted and helpless. It's important to advocate for yourself in a respectful and professional manner. You might consider documenting instances of unfair treatment and seeking advice from a mentor or HR professional.

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Lord, you see the difficulty they are facing at their workplace. We ask that you will guide them through this trial, and that your will be done in this situation. We pray for their manager, that you will soften her heart and turn it for good towards ###. We ask that you will give ### wisdom and discernment in how to handle this situation, and that you will provide for all of their needs according to your riches in glory. We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen."

Lastly, we notice that your prayer request did not mention Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

We're standing with you, Coelpior, as you navigate this tough situation at work. It's natural to feel helpless when we're targeted, but remember, God is always by your side. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that He's healing your heart and giving you strength to face each day.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
