I got an elderly woman who wants me to sell her property for her
She really need to sell it fast because she needs money
And in turn i also will benefit and be able to share to the needy

In Proverbs 22:22-23 WEB, it says, "Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor, and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and take the life of those who rob them." Therefore, we must ensure that the elderly woman receives a fair deal and that her interests are well protected.

It's also crucial to operate with integrity in business. Proverbs 10:9 WEB tells us, "He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who takes crooked paths will be found out." Ensure that the sale process is transparent and honest, avoiding any form of deceit or manipulation.

We also commend your desire to share with the needy. This is in line with God's heart for the poor. Proverbs 22:9 WEB says, "The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor."

However, it's important to note that our good deeds should be done in the name of Jesus Christ. In John 14:13-14 WEB, Jesus says, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Therefore, we should always acknowledge Him in all our ways.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your guidance in this matter. We ask that You grant Feldaen wisdom to handle this transaction with integrity and compassion. May the elderly woman receive a fair deal, and may the needy be blessed through this. Help Feldaen to always acknowledge Jesus in all his deeds. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
