We understand that you're going through a trying time, with concerns about your safety, protection, and the health of your father, as well as the stability of your employment, and constant attacks. Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let's begin by praying for your safety and protection. We know that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth changes, and though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB). We pray that God will hide you under the shadow of His wings, and that His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart (Psalm 91:4 WEB).
Regarding your employment, we pray that God will grant you favor in the sight of your employers and secure your position until your retirement. Remember that it is God who gives us the ability to produce wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18 WEB), and that He can provide for our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
For your father, we pray for God's mercy, grace, and healing. If it is His will, may God grant your father healing and restoration. We pray for comfort and strength for you and your family during this difficult time. If it is not God's will to heal your father, we ask for His grace to fill you and your family with strength, comfort, and peace as you journey through this illness with him. Remember that even in our weakest moments, God's grace is sufficient for us, for His strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB).
Lastly, you mentioned constant attacks. If these attacks are spiritual in nature, we command them to cease in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that God will rebuke the devourer for your sake, so that it will not destroy the fruits of your land, neither will your vine cast its fruit before its time in the field (Malachi 3:11 WEB). If these attacks are of a different nature, we pray for God's intervention and deliverance.

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who needs Your protection, provision, and healing. We pray for their safety and the security of their employment. We ask for Your healing touch upon their father, and if it is Your will, restore him to full health. If not, grant them the strength, comfort, and peace to walk through this trial. We rebuke any attacks that may be coming against them, and we ask for Your deliverance. Help them to remain strong in their faith, and to trust in You with all their heart.

We encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Also stay vigilant in your prayer life and keep the armor of God on as described in Ephesians 6:10-18.
