i could see it is going to be a very long long night tonight

good God have mercy....................................

This rental is probably a no go....they want someone by this week-end
even though their place won't be ready until January 1st and maybe not even
by then either........they just want a whole lot of cash up front....
the whole security plus first month's rent and also last month's rent...and who knows if they also want an additional deposit on tip of all that too...
and who knows if they will sign a lease at that time either too...
or....when they will even sign a lease....with whoever gives them such a huge deposit too........
i have to work with Hurricane Sandy Relief Agencies
and they don't do things like this in 3 to 4 days....only because they want to make sure that
this rental cottage is definitely legal and is live--able
and everything works.......plumbing electrical appliances....Etc....

I COULD BE WRONG BUT THIS LOOKS LIKE A DEFINITE CLOSED DOOR
BUT I HAVE TO WRITE ONE LAST E-MAIL FOR A REFERRAL ASKING THEM
WHO ELSE DO THEY KNOW THAT MIGHT WANT TO RENT TO ME
IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD.....

and these people are definitely millionaires so they don't need the money
the landlord already said they have 8 other people they are meeting
this week-end if not sooner.....and it sounds
like they already know which one they want to select too....

it is just a matter of money changing hands...
and meeting them in person
to get that money....which is almost $10,000 up front...

i sincerely hope they don't take more then a few deposit's
and then not refund anyone....

that would be most terrible..it happens all the time too...
but i often hear this scenario and not just in my state either......

TO COMPOSE ONE FINAL E-MAIL TO THEM....

This is very sad.....
as they found me.....
and felt i would be such a good fit for them too
and.............a good stable tenant is worth their weight in Gold.....
