Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who desires to sleep better at night. Lord, you are the giver of rest and peace, and we ask that you would grant them a deep and refreshing sleep each night. Your Word assures us that you give your beloved sleep , and we claim this promise for our friend.
We pray that you would calm any anxieties or worries that may be keeping them awake at night. Fill their mind with your peace that surpasses all understanding and grant them a quiet and undisturbed rest. May they experience the truth of Psalm 4:8, which says, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety."
Lord, we also ask that you would reveal any underlying physical or emotional factors that may be affecting their sleep. Grant them wisdom to seek appropriate help and guidance if needed. We trust in your healing power and ask for restoration and rejuvenation in their body, mind, and spirit.
Finally, we pray that as they rest in your presence, you would speak to them in the stillness of the night. May they experience the peace and comfort that comes from communing with you. Help them to cast all their cares upon you, knowing that you care for them .
In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
