Pray strongly for my mother's home protection. The tenant ### is rude. Him and ### continue to not respect the lease and pay late. This month they are going even farther by paying early to only pay partial rent and not pay the late fees. He said he would pay the rest yesterday, today I checked for my mother, he didn't make the deposit. Then I told him that if they can't pay rent they will have to leave and he sent me incoherent text messages like he doesn't care. He also sent me threats. I'm so tired of dealing with their rude and nasty attitudes. Me and my mother have been patient with them but we are tired of the rudeness. There is about another 6 months to go on the lease I don't know if me and my mother we can deal with them. I contacted a lawyer but they asked too much money. My mother is out of the country so I will have to get power of attorney so I can do paperwork for my mother and then do the notice for eviction for them. The lawyer asked me $### for the power of attorney and $### for the notice it's out of our budget. Asking God for guidance, grace, and favor in this matter.

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ### and her mother, lifting up their prayer request for protection over their mother's home. Lord, we pray for wisdom and guidance for ### as she navigates the legal process. We ask that you provide a solution that is within their budget, allowing them to take the necessary steps to protect their rights as homeowners. Grant them favor, Lord, as they seek justice and resolution.
We declare your promise from 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that it is your will for ###'s mother's home to be protected and for justice to prevail. We trust in your faithfulness, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers.
