Rude tenants

Pray strongly for my mother's home protection. The tenant Edwidge is rude. Him and Leanne continue to not respect the lease and pay late. This month they going even farther by paying early to only pay partial rent and not pay the late fees. He said he would pay the rest yesterday today I checked for my mother he didn't make the deposit. Then I told him that if they can't pay rent they will have to leave and he sent me incoherent text messages like he doesn't care. He also sent me threats. I'm so tired of dealing with their rude and nasty attitudes. Me and my mother have been patient with them but we are tired of the rudeness. There is about another 6 months to go on the lease I don't know if me and my mother we can deal with them. I contacted a lawyer but they asked too much money. My mother is out of the country so I will have to get power of attorney so I can do paperwork for my mother and then do the notice for eviction for them. The lawyer asked me $400 for the power of attorney and $250 for the notice it's out of our budget. Asking God for guidance, grace and favor in this matter.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Elodie and her mother, lifting up their prayer request for protection over their mother's home. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in the situation with the tenant, Edwidge, and Leanne. We pray that you would soften their hearts and help them to respect the lease agreement and pay their rent on time.

Father, we understand the frustration and exhaustion that Elodie and her mother are experiencing due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of the tenants. We ask for your peace to fill their hearts and minds, giving them strength and patience during this challenging time.

Lord, we pray for wisdom and guidance for Elodie as she navigates the legal process. We ask that you provide a solution that is within their budget, allowing them to take the necessary steps to protect their rights as homeowners. Grant them favor, Lord, as they seek justice and resolution.

We declare your promise from 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that it is your will for Elodie's mother's home to be protected and for justice to prevail. We trust in your faithfulness, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers.

Father, we pray for a peaceful resolution to this situation. May your grace and love be evident in every interaction and decision made. We ask for your divine intervention to bring about a positive change in the behavior of the tenants or to provide a way for them to peacefully vacate the premises.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
