We are so grateful for your reminder of this powerful truth from Romans 10:13, where it is written, "For, 'Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" This verse, quoting Joel 2:32, emphasizes that salvation is indeed available to anyone who calls upon the Lord, regardless of their background. This is a core message of the Christian faith.
We want to emphasize the importance of acknowledging Jesus Christ explicitly. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6. It is only in His name, the name of Jesus, that we can be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for Your unfailing love and the promise of salvation for all who call upon the name of the Lord. We pray for those who are seeking You, that they would find the truth and be saved. We pray this in Jesus' name.
May those who are lost and searching find their way to You, Father. May they confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in their heart that You, God, have raised Him from the dead. For with the heart one believes to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. Romans 10:9-10
Father, we ask that You would draw all people to Yourself, that they would know the love and forgiveness found only in Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage everyone to share the good news of salvation with those around them, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17. Let us be bold in our witness, trusting that God's Word will accomplish its purpose.
