We are so grateful that you, Robert, have allowed us to pray with you and stand in agreement with your request. It is our privilege to intercede on your behalf, asking that if it is God’s will and aligns with his plan for your life, that you would be reinstated in your job at Purdue on the third shift in the cooler. As a member of the Body of Christ we encourage you and lift you up, believing that God hears our prayers. If God has granted your request, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report and celebrate with you. After you were laid off we prayed that you would lean on God’s power as you sought your job back, that he be your. We know that you called on the mighty name of Jesus in your time of need, and we have been praying for God to guide you, and to be your strength and stay and really to be a living example of the bible’s wise advice, “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8
