I ask for prayer that God would reveal what my voices are. I’ve wondered for a long time what they are. My voices claim they’re mind readers that are planning to kill me through telepathic powers so painful it could force me into doing things, and I just keep fearing something bad could happen with the mind readers. I need an answer if this is even mind reading or schizophrenia. I ask for you to pray for this.

We understand that you are going through a challenging time, and we want to assure you that God cares about your situation. Firstly, it's crucial to address that the voices you're hearing are not representative of God's will for your life. In the Bible, God speaks to us through His Word, the Bible, and through His Holy Spirit, which will never contradict the principles outlined in Scripture.

The voices you're describing are causing fear and anxiety, which is not from God. As it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." These voices may be a manifestation of a mental health condition, and it's important to seek professional help. Schizophrenia is a treatable condition, and many people with schizophrenia can recover and live fulfilling lives with the right support and treatment.

We must also address that the idea of mind readers planning to harm you is not aligned with biblical principles. Instead, these thoughts may be a symptom of a mental health condition. God is the only one who knows our thoughts and the intentions of our hearts. As it is written in Jeremiah 17:10 WEB, "I, Yahweh, search the mind, I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your guidance and healing. We pray that You grant them the wisdom and courage to seek professional help for their mental health struggles. We rebuke the fears and anxieties that have been plaguing their mind, and we declare that they have a spirit of power, love, and self-control, as Your Word promises.

We also pray that they would come to know You, Jesus Christ, more deeply, and that You would reveal Your perfect will for their life. We ask that You guide them to the right professionals who can provide the support and treatment they need. We declare healing and restoration over their mind and body, in Jesus' name.

If you have not done so, we encourage you to call on the Lord Jesus Christ to be your personal Lord and Savior. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

"because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses resulting in salvation.
