We notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in the Bible, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB.
Now, let's address the issues in your relationship and pray together. We need to understand that God's will is for us to be holy and blameless. Therefore, if there is any immorality or impurity involved in this relationship, it needs to be addressed and repented from. For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, 1 Thessalonians 4:3 WEB.
If the relationship is between a man and a woman who are not married, it should be moving towards marriage. If it is not, then it may need to be reevaluated. If the relationship is not between a man and a woman, then it is important to understand that God created marriage to be between a man and a woman. It is only this kind of union that He will bless. Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh. Genesis 2:24 WEB.

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved one who is hurting due to a broken relationship. Lord, we know that You desire for us to be holy and blameless, so if there is any sin involved, we pray for conviction and repentance.
We pray for Your will to be done in this situation. If this relationship is aligned with Your principles, we ask that You would bring healing, forgiveness, understanding, and trust to both hearts. May the Holy Spirit guide us to a restored, wholesome, and godly relationship. May we both learn that all things work together for good to them that love God. Romans 8:28. This is the only basis for two people to truly be able to relate to each other.
We leave this relationship in Your hands, trusting that You know what is best. We lift up this prayer in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
